As an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst you will play a key role in strengthening risk oversight across Border to Coast Pensions Partnership. You'll support the development and delivery of our Enterprise Risk Management framework through insightful risk reporting, data analysis, systems administration, incident management oversight, and quality assurance activities. You'll help identify emerging risks and trends, assess control effectiveness, and provide meaningful insights that support informed decision-making across the business.

The role – what you’ll be doing

Risk Reporting & MI

Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint to provide risk, control and incident insights to business functions, Executive Committee and Board audiences.
Produce accurate and timely management information for governance committees, highlighting trends, emerging risks and remedial actions.

Risk Systems Administration

Act as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the Risk Management System, ensuring optimal functionality and data quality.
Support with implementation, testing and deployment of risk system enhancements and supplier-driven developments.

Risk Data Analytics

Conduct detailed analysis of risk, control, KRI and incident data to identify trends, emerging risks, process weaknesses and data quality issues.

Incident Management Oversight

Support second-line oversight of incident management processes across the business.

Risk & Control Assurance

Support quality assurance reviews of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), including attestations, control assessments and supporting risk data analysis.
Challenge the completeness, accuracy and effectiveness of business function RCSAs and associated control environments.
Track assurance actions through to satisfactory completion.
Contribute to deep-dive reviews and independent validation activities as agreed by the Chief Risk Officer.

We’re now seeking a Finance Officer - Rent and Service Charges to join our Finance team, supporting the accurate calculation, setting, monitoring and reporting of rents and service charges across all tenures. You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial data, ensuring customers are charged correctly and helping us meet our financial, regulatory and organisational requirements.

Working closely with colleagues across Finance and our operational teams, you’ll help ensure accurate and timely information is available to calculate service charges, correctly attribute charges within our finance system and maintain high-quality rent and service charge data. You’ll also manage the service charges mailbox, respond to queries, support financial reporting and audit activity and identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting.

An understanding of financial processes, budgeting and reporting principles.
The ability to maintain large datasets accurately and confidently.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.

A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Competent IT skills, including experience using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
An awareness of housing regulation, compliance requirements and governance expectations.
AAT Level 2 or equivalent would be desirable, or you may currently be working towards this qualification.

We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to lead the effective delivery of a customer-focused, value-for-money responsive repairs service across occupied and vacant homes. Reporting to the Repairs Manager, you will supervise works in progress, coordinate trade operatives and subcontractors, and work closely with customers to make sure repairs are completed safely, on time and to the right standard.

What you’ll be doing

Lead, support and motivate a team of operatives, including performance management, one-to-one meetings, training and development.
Plan and schedule labour and resources so that service targets are met efficiently.
Visit sites, assess risks and oversee work through to successful completion.
Monitor workmanship, resolve delays and recalls, and drive continuous improvement.
Champion health, safety and wellbeing across the service.
Provide clear direction to subcontractors and control quality, timescales and costs.
Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing advice and resolving complaints effectively.
Maintain accurate records, audit trails and performance information, making full use of relevant IT systems.

What we’re looking for

At the Pension Protection Fund (PPF), we provide security in retirement for our members and millions of people throughout the UK who belong to defined benefit (DB) pension schemes. Through the PPF and Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS), we compensate members for their pensions after the employer funding their pension becomes insolvent. In total, we look after over 400,000 members across the PPF and FAS. With over £30 billion in assets under management, our investments support long-term economic growth across the UK.

Our award-winning team of around 450 professionals has earned the IPE UK Pension Fund of the Year title three times in seven years. We work closely with government and industry partners to improve outcomes for scheme members, employers, and the broader pension system—playing a vital role in strengthening retirement security nationwide.

We’re looking for a Junior Investment Operations Analyst to join our Investment Operations team to contribute to all Fund Accounting aspects of the Investment process of the PPF.

Responsibilities will include the maintenance of trading records and other first line support duties, using BlackRock, Aladdin. Additionally, applicants will support trade processes for internal and external trades, data integrity checking including investigating any differences and monitoring of daily inbox flows to ensure routine checklists are complete.

We’re looking for an individual with experience working within an investment environment and exposure to a range of investment products, such as fixed income, equities and derivatives. Experience of, or exposure to, alternative asset classes would be highly desirable. You’ll have experience in delivering high‑quality customer service, including supporting the resolution of queries, issues and change requests, with a consistent focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

We would welcome applications from candidates with advanced data management and numeracy skills, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including third‑party providers. Finally, experience using BlackRock Aladdin would be advantageous.
