We’re looking for a Client Payroll Executive to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver accurate, compliant payroll services from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients


• Handling payroll inputs, data validation, and reconciliations


• Producing BACS files and submitting RTI (FPS) reports


• Generating payslips, reports, and statutory documentation


• Managing client queries and providing excellent service


• Supporting year-end processes, including P11Ds


• Ensuring compliance with current HMRC legislation

What you’ll bring

• Experience processing payroll in a client or bureau environment


• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines


• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation


• Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach


• Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel


• Payroll qualification (CIPP or similar) is a bonus
